Reservations are made with a 50% deposit.  A confirmation will be sent upon receipt of the deposit.

All cancellations made 10 days in advance of arrival will be refunded minus a 10% book keeping charge.  If the cancellation occurs less than 10 days in advance of your scheduled arrival, a refund will be made if the room can be re-rented.

No Refund for early departure.

There is a minimum two-night stay during the busy tourist season (June 15 – August 15.)  Check-in time is 3:00 to 7:00 p.m., please call if you’d like to request a late arrival.

There is no smoking in the Mansion and no pets are permitted.

Gift Certificates are available for that special occasion, weddings, holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, and for any other special occasion.
