Farmers Breakfast Casserole (1) 1 cups frozen hash browns Grease 2 quart square baking dish. Arrange potatoes in the bottom. Then sprinkle with ham, cheese, green onions & green chilies. Combine Eggs, milk & seasonings. Pour over potatoes. Casserole may be refrigerated for several hours or overnight. Bake uncovered for 40 to 45 minutes at 350 deg. If you have refrigerated it, bake for 55 to 60 min. or until center appears set. Let stand 5 min. before serving.
Refrigerator Bran Muffins (1) 1 qt. buttermilk Mix ingredients in order. Store in refrigerator (keeps a Month). Bake as needed at 375 deg. For 20 min. Makes 4-5 Dozen. Great for unexpected or expected company. |
